You can link to data in Logos II Church Management, making it a breeze to stay current with new additions and changes.
Volunteer Tracking
The Members routine makes it easy to track a variety of information about your volunteers: Events that they wish to serve in, ministry roles in which they participate, dates they are not available, and contact information so that you can reach them quickly. (Most of this information imports automatically from Logos II Church Management.)
Quick Update
The Quick Update routine lets you quickly add Event information in multiple Member records, saving you from time consuming data entry repetition. If not linked to Logos II Church Management, which imports Ministry data automatically, you can also use Quick Update to quickly add Ministry information to multiple records.
Auto-Schedule Routine
The convenient Auto-Schedule routine automatically assigns people to events. Then, you can manually schedule people to fill vacant roles and/or to accommodate changes in schedules.
Clear Scheduling Display
The Manual Schedule routine quickly and accurately shows the individuals scheduled for events. You can cycle through various dates, view scheduled events, see who is already scheduled, and which roles are vacant, still needing to be scheduled.
Master Schedule
Select from a variety of reports that list all events and those scheduled to serve for a selected date range and/or selected ministries and events.
Letters/Emails
Easily print a personalized letter or send a personalized email containing the recipient's upcoming schedule.
Print Name Tags
Quickly print name tags for those scheduled to serve at an event.
Easily Export Reports
All reports can easily be exported to files, including Adobe Acrobat ReaderPDF files (for web site access or attaching to emails) or HTML format (for incorporating into a web page's design).
Substitute List
Quickly print a report of your volunteers with a status of "substitute" to help you quickly fill vacancies in your event staffing.
Persons Not Active Report
This report lists all people who do not have any Event or Ministry entries defined, providing assistance in filling vacant ministry positions.
Security
Logos programs are password-protected, allowing the System Administrator to quickly assign each user a unique level of program access. Access levels can quickly be set to block a person from an entire module (Contributions, Payroll, etc.), one or more particular menus (Utilities), or specific routines on any menu. You can even limit access to all or selected tabs within Preferences and selected Data Entry routines.
